Rogaining is an activity that can involve risk of personal injury or property damage. By participating in the activity, each participant acknowledges that the sport of Rogaining involves considerable risk and agrees that by entering the rogaine they do so at their own risk.
All participants in a rogaine must read and sign an Indemnity Form. Maps will only be given out to members in a team once ALL members in the team have completed, signed and handed in their Indemnity Form.
